2 oz BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka
2 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Mix ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain. Serve
in a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with lemon.

4 oz BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka
Lemon slice
Lime slice
Orange slice
Mix vodka and fruit over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake well to pulp
fruit and strain. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with an orange
floating on surface.

2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
1 oz BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka
2 oz half & half or cream
Pour Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka over ice in a rocks glass
and top with half & half or cream. Garnish with a hazelnut,
chocolate covered espresso bean or shaved chocolate.

into a martini glass and garnish with shaved coconut.

INFUSED VODKA & GIN
Fresh fruit infused spirits take a little time to prepare but
make fresh, all-natural alternatives to many cocktails. Take some
time, give them a try and taste the difference.
Prep
Fill a jar (2-quart or larger) with any desired fruit (cube or
slice fruit). Add enough Crater Lake Vodka or Cascade Mountain Gin
to completely cover the fruit. Cover jar and allow to stand until
the disired flavor is acheived (will take anywhere from 2 to 10
days.)
It is recommended but not necessary to refrigerate the fruit and
spirit infusion until ready to serve.
Below are some of our favorite infused martini recipes. For bars
and restaurants we recommend doubling or even tripling the recipe.
All these recipes have been extensively tested and work very well
in any high-volume bar.
LEMON DROP
Made with BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka
750 ml BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka (one bottle)
750 ml fresh lemon juice
2-3 lemons (sliced)
simple syrup
Prep
Combine vodka, lemons and lemon juice in a large jar and allow
to infuse overnight. Lemons should be replaced frequently but are
good for a couple of batchs.
Serving
Mix 4 oz lemon/vodka infustion over ice in cocktail shaker. Add
approximately 1 oz simple syrup. Shake and strain. Serve in a sugar-rimmed
martini glass. Garnish with lemon.

MELON MARTINI
Made with BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka
750 ml BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka (1 bottle)
250 ml sweet & sour
250 ml cranberry juice
2 honeydew & cantaloupe melons (balled or sliced)
Prep
Combine ingredients in a large jar and allow to infuse overnight.
Serving
Mix 4 oz of the infustion over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake, strain
and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

Made with BU-TAY Vodka
750 ml BU-TAY Ultra Premium Vodka (1 bottle)
750 ml V8 Splash Tropical Blend
2 cups (approx.) mango chunks
Prep
Mix ingredients in a large jar. Allow mixture to infuse overnight.
Serving
Mix 4 oz of the infustion over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and
serve in a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
