Mazama Infused Pepper Flavored Vodka

Mazama is the wan, pale straw/lemon juice color of a young Muscadet - total purity; ohh, I like this zesty, piquant, intensely, jalapeno/serrano pepper-like bouquet right from the first nanosecond - time in the copita adds complexity and greenness as the core aroma highlights what I believe to be hot serrano peppers - what a blast; the palate entry is all sweet green peppers, then midway through the midpalate the hot peppers kick in with a burst of heat that warms but doesn't char the taste buds; after tasting and admiring this brazen hussy of a vodka, I am left thinking but one thought, BLOODY MARY TIME!
